Biomedicine Board Exam Preparation

My name is Yunhan Z., I am a Chinese-American citizen who doesn't have the good English reading skills like the average "mainstream" people or especially those who were born and grown up in America. Biomedicine's Latin words are like a true Alien language to me and I had to learn from scratch. If you don't know what that means, just imagine yourself at first not having the swimming skill and fallen into the ocean from the sky with no one near to help, the book was like the only piece of wood that I could hang on to.

My first Biomedicine teacher was like someone on the helicopter, who just kept on telling me through a loudspeaker every now and then in a long three days (I don't want to say three years because "realistically" giving an example), "do this" and "do that;" but I was still confused, holding on for my dear life, and not able to see the future. It's until another helicopter came, this time with Dr. Linda Morse; she only wanted you out of the water as soon as you could, she threw me a sturdy rope, encouraged me to try the safest and best way to climb up onto the helicopter and she cautioned me, instructed me what's wrong and what's right in every big step I took. I was finally saved, in ten minutes (relatively "realistically" speaking).

I said this to Dr. Linda, "You are my true lifetime teacher regardless of how many teachers I had in the past in so many different schools, but you're the Only True One in all that I can remember. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!"
