CALE/NATIONAL REVIEW CLASS – INTEGRITY AGREEMENT

1. The class will start on time and we will never end early. Adjust your schedule so you can arrive on time and stay for the entire class. Although, I would rather have you come late than not come at all.

2. We will have one break per class (10-15 minutes.

3. Have your cell phones turned off during class keeping the disruption at a minimum. This class should receive your undivided attention.

4. If you have any questions that might take a long time to explain, please ask me at the end of class. I always have time and I never leave the class until all your questions are answered. You may also call me or email me at any time.

5. No refunds 30 days before the classes begin. Your payment is for this series of classes and cannot be advanced to another series, refunded, or used for private tutoring. There are no changes in this policy.

6. THERE IS NO RECORDING OF THESE CLASSES. This classroom is a sanctuary, in which people should be able to say anything they wish. Recording other people speaking, and/or any part of this class will violate intellectual property laws of Dr. Linda Morse as well as the rights of the participants and could initiate legal action.

7. These online classes are for the registered individual only. If anyone else is found to be taking the classes you will be responsible for their payment as well as your own.

8. To attend these classes you must have a computer or iPad with a camera (that is on) and be sitting in front of the computer, microphone, and headset in working order. You must mute your microphone when you are not speaking. I really don’t recommend a smartphone, as they are too small to see the whiteboard. You will be asked to speak and answer questions. If your camera is not on you will be expelled from the class, (unless you have a legitimate reason). THESE CLASSES CAN ONLY BE TAKEN FROM YOUR HOME

9. You must return telephone messages and personal emails directed exclusively to you within a few days of receiving them. Teacher and student working together best utilize this class. These correspondences are in your best interest.

NOTE: If you do not follow the above stipulations it will be up to the discretion of the teacher to ask you to leave the classes.


Professional Integrity Agreement

The written or oral educational materials from any of Linda Morse’s State/National/Comp Review Classes shall not be used in any form for sharing, duplication, copying, publication, posting in any websites (including online study sites), taping, or shared with any organization for any purpose by me, the participant. It shall not be used to teach others and will be used by me for my personal use only. All the materials are copyrighted/compiled and registered and the lectures fall under intellectual copyright laws. You are signing a legally binding contract.

I know our time together will be enjoyable, educational, and will bring you great success on the exam. I will see you through this entire process. It’s always a pleasure. But as I always say Please – meet me halfway - STUDY! Do exactly what I tell you to do! Please note: It is the responsibility of the student to come to all classes, perform weekly homework, mock exams, and free classes. This program is like a recipe and you need all the ingredients to ensure success.

Note: Dr. Morse's materials and method can only be obtained and used through her.

An interview is required prior to your acceptance into this class. Dr. Morse reserves the right to decline admission.
